Time Marks definition

Time Marks means the trademarks, trade names and service marks owned by a member of the Time Group and all goodwill relating thereto, including those listed in Schedule XII.

Examples of Time Marks in a sentence

  • Sponsor will not use any Life Time Marks without Life Time’s prior written consent and approval.

  • Sponsor acknowledges that it has no proprietary rights in any Life Time Marks and all Life Time Marks remain the sole property of Life Time.

  • Any license, assignments or other transfer of rights in the TWX Marks, the Time Marks or the Domain Names to a third party shall be accompanied by the restrictions provided in this Article IX.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither TWX nor its Affiliates shall use the name or ▇▇▇▇ TIME for any ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, title or any source identifiers, unless it is immediately followed by the word WARNER or is used in combination with other non-generic, distinctive wording, e.g., TIME SQUAD or BULLET TIME, that effectively distinguishes such name or ▇▇▇▇ from, and is unlikely to cause consumer confusion with, any Time Marks.

  • TWX agrees not to use, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries not to use, the Time Marks, except where the use is a use, otherwise than as a ▇▇▇▇, of the party’s individual name in its own business, or of the individual name of anyone in privity with such party, or of a term or device which is descriptive of and used fairly and in good faith only to describe the goods or services of such party, or their geographic origin.

  • Charity acknowledges that it has no proprietary rights in any Life Time Marks and all Life Time Marks remain the sole property of Life Time.

  • Charity will not use any Life Time Marks without Life Time’s prior written consent and approval.

  • The Reel Time Marks and Third-Party Marks may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of REEL TIME APPS, INC.

  • Vendor acknowledges that it has no proprietary rights in any Life Time Marks and all Life Time Marks remain the sole property of Life Time.

  • Vendor will not use any Life Time Marks without Life Time’s prior written consent and approval.

Related to Time Marks

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade ▇▇▇▇ applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.
