Time Charter A definition

Time Charter A means the time charter dated 24 February 2005 and made between Borrower A and Xxxxxxxx pursuant to which Borrower A has agreed to let, and Xxxxxxxx has agreed to take, Ship A on time charter for the period and on the terms and conditions specified therein;

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Charter Service means, but does not include demand response service to individuals:

  • Charter Document means as to any Person, its partnership agreement, certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, operating agreement, membership agreement or similar constitutive document or agreement or its by-laws.

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.
