Time and Materials Rates definition

Time and Materials Rates means the rates specified in Schedule B that Licensor may charge for services provided under this Agreement which are not covered by the Maintenance Fee, or if not so specified, Licensor’s standard rates for such services.
Time and Materials Rates means, unless otherwise provided on an Order Form or Statement of Work, GT Software’s standard quoted rates for time and materials at the time the Professional Services are performed.
Time and Materials Rates means the rates specified in Schedule B that Licensor may charge for services provided under this Agreement that are not covered by the Maintenance Fee, or, if not so specified, Licensor’s standard rates for such services.

More Definitions of Time and Materials Rates

Time and Materials Rates means the ratesagreed in writing between Synergy and Customer and set out in the Order Form;
