  • TIGM neither represents that a license will not be required nor that, if required, it will be issued.

  • TIGM must comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and may not export or allow the export or re-export of commodities or technical data in violation of those laws or regulations.

  • EPIC means the estates and protected individuals code, 1998 PA 386, MCL 700.1101 to 700.8206.

  • SDS means safety data sheet, the written listing of data for the chemical substance.

  • DPI means the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.
