TIFIA Principal Payment Sub-Account means the “TIFIA Principal Payment Sub- Account” established and created in the name of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.01.

  • Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 77% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date.   • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the scheduled principal payments (if any) on the Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date, (ii) the principal portion of proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased pursuant to a Purchase Obligation or as permitted by this Agreement during the Prior Period and (iii) any other unscheduled payments of principal which were received with respect to any Mortgage Loan during the Prior Period, other than Payoffs, Curtailments, Liquidation Principal and Subsequent Recoveries.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Principal Payment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan other than a Principal Prepayment.

  • Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Date means, with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the scheduled due date of any payment of principal on such Notes, as specified in the related Indenture Supplement, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day, unless such day is in the next calendar month, in which case such Scheduled Principal Payment Date, unless otherwise specified in the related Indenture Supplement, will be the last Business Day of the current calendar month.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

  • Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Certificate Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount for each Payment Date and any outstanding Certificate Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the immediately preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that the Certificate Principal Distributable Amount shall not exceed the Certificate Balance.   • Regular Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Note Balance as of the day preceding such Distribution Date and (ii) (A) the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Note Balance as of the day preceding such Distribution Date and the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period minus (B) the sum of the Priority Principal Distributable Amount, if any, the Secondary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, the Tertiary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, and the Quaternary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, in each case for such Distribution Date.

  • Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • Principal Payments means all payments of principal made pursuant to the terms of the Note.

  • Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
