Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.
municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;
Tier 1 Help Desk means Customer's point of contact(s) to provide all Tier 1 Support within Customer's organization(s).
continuing professional development means the continuing professional development contemplated in section 32;
Tier 2 Wire Centers are those Embarq Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least 24,000 Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
