TIEA definition

TIEA means the 2009 Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Jersey for the exchange of information relating to tax matters, as amended from time to time or such successor arrangement as may henceforth be agreed between the Parties. References to paragraphs of the TIEA shall be read as references to the paragraphs of the TIEA as amended from time to time or to such equivalent provisions contained in any successor arrangement.
