Tidal Services definition

Tidal Services means any Tidal maintenance or technical support (as described in Tidal's standard Technical Support Policy), and any other services purchased under this Agreement and performed or to be performed by Cisco, related to Tidal Products.

Examples of Tidal Services in a sentence

  • Reseller acknowledges that Cisco has the right to verify an End User's entitlement to receive Tidal Services, and that an End User is entitled to receive Tidal Services only for Tidal Products for which Reseller has paid the applicable license and support fees to Cisco.

  • This Section shall not limit Cisco's obligations, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to provide the Tidal Services described herein.

  • Cisco reserves the right to subcontract the provision of all or part of the Tidal Services to a third party.

  • The phrase "within the Territory" means that End Users must deploy the Tidal Products and/or receive the Tidal Services within the Territory.

  • If, fifteen (15) days before expiration date of applicable Tidal Services, Cisco has not received a Tidal Purchase Order for the renewal, Cisco, or its authorized agents, may contact the End User to arrange for the renewal of Tidal Services either directly with Cisco or via another Cisco-authorized reseller.

  • For purposes of this Section 7 only, "Cisco Products" means all Products other than Tidal Products; and "Cisco Services" means all Services other than Tidal Services.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Addendum, and during the term of the Agreement, Cisco authorizes Reseller to purchase and/or license Tidal Services and Tidal Products directly from Cisco (not from an Authorized Source), and to resell and/or redistribute such Tidal Services and Tidal Products directly to End Users within the Territory, solely for such End Users internal use (not for resale or redistribution).

  • Local Services means those services, facilities or things which are under the jurisdiction of the municipality and are related to a plan of subdivision or within the area to which the plan relates in respect of the lands under Sections 41, 51 or 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 19990, Chap. P.13, as amended, or any successor thereof;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Industrial Services means service to customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product including the generation of electric power.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”
