TI Plans definition

TI Plans means the plans and specifications for the TI Work, to be prepared by Tenant’s Architect in accordance with Section 3.2(b).
TI Plans means architectural plans, construction drawings and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings for the Premises, in form sufficient for the permitting and construction of the Premises.
TI Plans means architectural plans, specifications, construction drawings and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings for the Premises, which shall be based upon the Space Plan and in form sufficient for the permitting and construction of the Premises. The TI Plans shall be prepared by Tenant's Architect and Tenant's Engineer, at Tenant's sole expense (subject to application of the TI Allowance). "Township" shall mean Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. References to the Township herein shall, as the context requires, also be construed to mean and refer to the applicable governmental office or authority within the Cranberry Township government with respect to which a matter referred to in conjunction with the reference to "Township" is required to be submitted, reviewed or acted upon. "Unusually Inclement Weather" shall mean inclement weather conditions which cause delay in the construction of Landlord's Work, but only to the extent such delay exceeds, in the aggregate, fifteen (15) days. Examples of TI Plans in a sentence

  • Following completion of the Approved TI Plans, Landlord shall apply for and use reasonable efforts to obtain the necessary permits and approvals to allow construction of all Tenant Improvements.

  • The improvements to or within the Building shown on the Approved TI Plans from time to time and to be constructed by Landlord pursuant to the Lease and this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Minor corrections of construction or decoration details, and minor mechanical adjustments, that are required in order to cause any applicable portion of the Tenant Improvements or Landlord’s Work as constructed to conform to the Approved TI Plans or this Tenant Work Letter in all material respects and that do not materially interfere with Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Building and the Premises.

  • If the nature of a TI Change requires revisions to the Approved TI Plans, then Landlord shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions.

  • If the Final TI Plans are disapproved by Tenant, then Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing of its objections to such Final TI Plans and shall submit any requested TI Changes through a TI Tenant Change Order Request (as defined below), and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Final TI Plans.

  • Upon receipt of such permits and approvals, Landlord shall, at Tenant's expense (subject to Landlord's payment of the Tenant Improvement Allowance), construct and complete the Tenant Improvements substantially in accordance with the Approved TI Plans, subject to Unavoidable Delays and Tenant Delays (if any).

  • A typology of GVC governance structuresA more elaborate typology of five governance structures has been identified in the GVC literature: markets, modular, relational, captive, and hierarchy (see Figure 25).

  • Upon receipt of such permits and approvals, Landlord shall, at Tenant’s expense (subject to Landlord’s payment of the Tenant Improvement Allowance and, to the extent requested by Tenant, the Additional TI Allowance), construct and complete the Tenant Improvements substantially in accordance with the Approved TI Plans, subject to Unavoidable Delays and Tenant Delays (if any).

  • Any changes to the Final TI Plans or the Approved TI Plans (each, a “TI Change”) requested by Landlord or Tenant (other than TI Permitted Changes made by Landlord) shall be requested and instituted in accordance with the provisions of this Article 3 and shall be subject to the written approval of the other party in accordance with this Work Letter and the provisions of Article 44 of the Lease.

  • In no event may Landlord make any change whatsoever to the TI Plans if the same increases Tenant’s costs, unless consented to by Tenant.


More Definitions of TI Plans

TI Plans has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2(a) of Exhibit B to this Lease.
TI Plans means the final T.I. Plans as approved by Tenant and Landlord pursuant to Section 3.0.1.B and adjusted by Value Engineering Changes, if any, made by Tenant pursuant to Sections 3.02.A and 3.02.C, and approved by the applicable governmental authorities.
TI Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.

Related to TI Plans

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party and any of its Subsidiaries are required to participate in or comply with, including any benefit plan administered by any federal or provincial Governmental Entity and any benefit plans administered pursuant to applicable health, Tax, workplace safety insurance, and employment insurance Laws;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Preliminary Plans means a site plan, architectural floor plans, elevations, outline specifications and a cost estimate for each utility, site development, conversion, and remodeling project. The drawings shall be sufficiently descriptive to accurately convey the location, scope, cost and the nature of the improvement being proposed.

  • Approved Plan means plan for the building or lay out plan approved by the Authority in accordance with prescribed regulations.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;

  • Sub-Plans means any sub-plan to the Plan that has been adopted by the Board or the Committee for the purpose of permitting the offering of Awards to employees of certain Designated Foreign Subsidiaries or otherwise outside the United States of America, with each such sub-plan designed to comply with local laws applicable to offerings in such foreign jurisdictions. Although any Sub-Plan may be designated a separate and independent plan from the Plan in order to comply with applicable local laws, the Absolute Share Limit and the other limits specified in Section 5(b) shall apply in the aggregate to the Plan and any Sub-Plan adopted hereunder.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • Statutory Plan means a plan required in terms of any legislation, including but not limited to, any structure plan, land use plan, zoning scheme, integrated development plan, water services plan, skills development plan and employment equity plan;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Area Plan means the document submitted by the AAA to DSHS for approval every four years, with updates every two years, which sets forth goals, measurable objectives, outcomes, units of service, and identifies the planning, coordination, administration, social services and evaluation of activities to be undertaken by the AAA to carry out the purposes of the Older Americans Act, the Social Security Act, the Senior Citizens Services Act, or any other statute for which the AAA receives funds.
