Thrifting to me means buying any pieces of clothing that are usually not in stores and are not bulk- made. They are not extremely expensive, they're basically clothes that are not being mass produced and you're getting them either second-hand or there's like a minor defect in them or they're export leftovers, so anything along those lines" (MS, 21).
