Threshold Working Capital Amount definition

Threshold Working Capital Amount means, at the time any distribution is contemplated (but not less often than quarterly), without duplication of any required minimum working capital requirements as set forth in the Tenant Portfolio Agreement, the aggregate amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) for each Operating Company.
Threshold Working Capital Amount means an amount equal to Six Million Five Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars ($6,576,969).
