Third Term definition
Third Term means a period of six years following expiry of the Second Term; “Well” includes borehole;
Third Term means a period of six years following expiry of the Second Term;

Third Term. Buyer shall pay NT$3,000,000 (including tax) on 1 May 2006 for settlement of the purchase price of the third term.
