Third Party Shipper definition

Third Party Shipper means any third party from which a Shipper receives or is entitled to receive Natural Gas at an Entry Point for transportation through the Transportation System;
Third Party Shipper. – means a Shipper who, if and as provided in a Transportation Agreement, is designated by a Committed Shipper to ship product under such Committed Shipper’s capacity and priority rights, including the proration status of a Committed Shipper, up to the amount of Committed Volume designated by such Committed Shipper.
Third Party Shipper means a person, other than Shipper and/or its affiliate(s), designated by an Incentive Shipper to transport Crude Petroleum under this Tariff and a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement.

Examples of Third Party Shipper in a sentence

  • The Committed Rates, as defined in the TGSA, as well as the Uncommitted Rates (as defined in the TGSA with respect to VC Shippers’ Incremental Barrels) applicable to volumes of Crude Petroleum shipped by a TGSA Shipper, and that will apply to Shipper for those volumes that it ships as a Third Party Shipper with respect to the applicable TGSA Shipper, are set forth in Exhibit C of the TGSA, as such rates may be changed from time to time by Carrier pursuant to Article VIII of the TGSA.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Shipper shall not be considered a Third Party Shipper for any Crude Petroleum shipped on the Pipeline by Shipper that is not pursuant to Section 19.1 of the TGSA with respect to a specific TGSA Shipper and TGSA; rather, Shipper shall be charged the then-applicable Uncommitted Rate for the shipment of any such Crude Petroleum, as such rate shall be set forth in the then-current Tariff.

  • For shipping handled other than through MLF by a Third Party Shipper (“TPS”), the TPS shall be solely responsible for any occurring in transit, according to the policies of the TPS.

  • In the event that Shipper is acting as a Third Party Shipper for multiple TGSA Shippers under multiple TGSAs, and such TGSAs reflect differing Terms, then this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the TGSA that has the longest Term (“TSA Term”).

Third Party Shipper. – means a Shipper who, if and as provided in its Transportation Services Agreement and or Throughput and Deficiency Agreement, is designated by a Committed Joint Shipper to ship product under such Committed Joint Shipper’s capacity and priority rights, including the proration status of a Committed Joint Shipper, up to the amount of Committed Volume designated by such Committed Joint Shipper.
Third Party Shipper is defined in Section 13.8.
Third Party Shipper means a Person, other than Shipper, designated by Shipper to transport Product under this Tariff and a TSA.
Third Party Shipper means any customer on the Pipeline System other than Shipper.
Third Party Shipper means a nationally or regionally recognized company, regularly engaged in the business of transporting freight and duly licensed and registered with all applicable governmental agencies.
