Third Party Reseller definition

Third Party Reseller has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Third Party Reseller means, individually and collectively, Licensee Distributors and Gilead Distributors.
Third Party Reseller means any third party authorized by Defendants to sell products or any third party who Defendants know, or, upon reasonable diligence, should have known, to be selling its products.
