Your use of the Services and any payment processing and related services provided by a Third Party Payment Service Provider is subject to your agreement(s) with such Third Party Payment Service Provider for such Services and payment processing and related services, as may be modified by the Third Party Payment Service Provider from time to time (collectively, “Third Party Payment Service Provider Agreement”).
For clarity, Sky ▇▇▇▇▇ is not a party to such Third Party Payment Service Provider Agreement and has no control or liability whatsoever regarding such Third Party Payment Service Provider.
Your use of the Services and any payment processing and related services provided by a Third Party Payment Service Provider is subject to your agreement(s) with such Third Party Payment Service Provider for such Services and payment processing and related services, as may be modified by the Third Party Payment Service Provider from time to time (collectively, “Third Party Payment Service Provider Agreement(s)”).
CashSentinel and the Institution is not responsible for the Customer and its Third Party Payment Service Provider to be in compliance with their agreed deadline, which may end between the receipt date for the Payment Order by the said Service Provider and the date of receipt of funds by the Institution into its account opened on the books of its banking partner.
To help prevent the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Sky ▇▇▇▇▇ may ask you to provide additional information or copies of identifying documents that will allow us and/or our Third Party Payment Service Providers (defined below) to identify you.
