As the Licensed Supplier and the Third Party Offtaker are parties to the BSC, the Parties agree that the Third Party Offtaker shall Register the Metering System at the Facility and shall transfer the Authority’s share of the net electrical output of the Facility to the Licensed Supplier by means of a Metered Volume Reallocation Notification in accordance with the BSC, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
