Third Party Manufacturers definition

Third Party Manufacturers means Third Parties that may during the Agreement Term be engaged by a Party to perform services or supply facilities or goods in connection with any part of the manufacture, testing and/or packaging of the Compound, Product, or Licensed Product, including pursuant to the Third Party Supply Agreements.

Third Party Manufacturers has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

Third Party Manufacturers means third party entities that provide services to the Company and its Subsidiaries related to the design, development, testing, investigation, manufacture, packaging, labeling, safety surveillance, processing, handling, storage and distribution of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ products.

Examples of Third Party Manufacturers in a sentence

• This Year 2000 Warranty shall survive beyond termination or expiration of the Contract through:a) one year, b) December 31, 2000, or c) the Contractor or Third Party Manufacturers stated Year 2000 warranty term, whichever is longer.

• This Year 2000 Warranty shall survive beyond termination or expiration of the Contract through: a) one year, b) December 31, 2000, or c) the Contractor or Third Party Manufacturers stated Year 2000 warranty term, whichever is longer.

• Product (including services) purchased through Resellers must be included and reported by Contractor in the required Semi-Annually Reports to OGS, and where applicable, in the Third Party Manufacturers reports required in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 (below).

More Definitions of Third Party Manufacturers

Third Party Manufacturers means third party entities that provide services to the Company or any Company Subsidiary related to the design, development, testing, investigation, manufacture, packaging, labeling, safety surveillance, processing, handling, storage and distribution of the Company Products.

Third Party Manufacturers has the meaning set forth on Exhibit 8.2.12 of this Agreement, and Section 2.3.1 and Exhibit 2.3.1 of the Manufacturing Services Agreement, which Exhibit 2.3.1 of the Manufacturing Services Agreement may be updated from time to time.

Third Party Manufacturers means Third Parties who have been engaged by InSite to perform services or supply facilities or goods (including, without limitation, any Subject Product) in connection with the manufacture, testing or packaging of any Subject Product by InSite.

Third Party Manufacturers means Third Parties who have been engaged by Teikoku to perform services or supply facilities or goods (including, without limitation, the Current Product) in connection with the manufacture, testing or packaging of the Current Product by Teikoku.

Third Party Manufacturers shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 7.1 hereof.

Third Party Manufacturers means the third party manufacturers set forth on Appendix 4.

Third Party Manufacturers means the Third Party Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturer and the Third Party Formulation Manufacturer.
