Third Party Games definition

Third Party Games means Games provided by Third Parties.
Third Party Games means games which may from time to time be licensed to Games Global by independent third party licensors, excluding the Branded Games, as designated by Games Global from time to time, including any changes, amendments, upgrades or new versions of such games.

Examples of Third Party Games in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Company’s Third Party Games Operation Revenue in any financial year shall have reached 5% or more of its Total Games Operation Revenue, the Company shall, in the immediately succeeding financial year, refer to CMI any new business opportunity that members of the Remaining Group shall have been offered to operate new third party-developed games.

  • The Company shall refer such new business opportunities to CMI, provided however that the Company shall not be obligated to refer any business opportunities to CMI if it determines in good faith that its Third Party Games Operation Revenue will be less than 5% of its Total Games Operation Revenue for the prevailing financial year.

  • In consideration of the rights granted herein, Apricot shall pay to Games Global the following Services Fees for all Games which are supplied to the Operator other than Third Party Games, a sum of [***]% ([***] per cent) of the Monthly Net Revenue generated by such Games; and for Third Party Games which are supplied by Apricot to the Operator in accordance with this Agreement, a sum of [***]% ([***] per cent) of the Monthly Net Revenue generated by such Third Party Games.

  • In the event Pala incorporates Third Party Games or other content into the Social Casino, Pala shall be responsible for managing the relationship with such Third Party and payment of any associated fees, which such fees shall be allocated in accordance with Section 5.5. In the event CSI desires to incorporate Third Party Games or other content into the Social Casino, CSI shall submit a request to Pala, which request may be approved or denied in Pala’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • In the event any supplier of Third Party Games or other content objects to the inclusion of its content in the Social Casino, Pala may exclude, or promptly remove, such Third Party Games or other content from the Social Casino.

  • Existing Third Party Game(s) means games licensed to Galaxy Gaming by third parties as of the Effective Date, available for license to Licensee.

  • In the event Pala approves CSI’s request, CSI shall be solely responsible for: (i) all licensing fees and other costs related to such Third Party Games or content and (ii) Pala’s fees and costs to integrate and deploy such Third Party Games or content, which shall be billed in accordance with the rates set forth in Section 5.2(b).
