Third Party Distributors definition

Third Party Distributors means distribution partners of Quintus who have been authorized under and in accordance with this Agreement to use, distribute and sublicense the Programs.
Third Party Distributors means entities engaged primarily in the 2 business of distributing finished products without performing substantial development or manufacturing thereon.
Third Party Distributors means any Third Party which Insmed has authorized to distribute or resell any Licensed Product (other than an Authorized Generic Version of a Licensed Product) in any jurisdiction within the Territory, but which Third Party does not require a sublicense of any of the rights granted under Section 2.1 (except for Trademarks) in order to make such distribution or resale. For the avoidance of doubt, a Third Party authorized to distribute an Authorized Generic Version of a Licensed Product shall be deemed a Sublicensee and not a Third Party Distributor under this Agreement.

  • Licensee shall use best efforts to ensure that its retailers and/or Third Party Distributors do not publish, display or otherwise distribute such Promotional Materials without NFLP's prior written approval.

  • Licensee shall notify its retailers and/or Third Party Distributors that NFLP must approve all Promotional Materials involving or using in any form or manner the Licensed Marks.

  • MEC’s rights to enter into agreements with other distributor/s (including Third Party Distributors) or otherwise market, distribute and sell Products or Monster Energy Drink/s, as the case may be, shall be limited to the applicable Sub-Territories for which such Distribution Refusal applies.

  • Subject to any relevant Third Party manufacturer’s consent, at either Party’s request, Licensee (and to the extent requested by either Party, its Affiliates and Third Party Distributors) shall participate in discussions with Acorda, its Affiliates and Third Party manufacturers regarding such Products or safety requests received from Regulatory Authorities.

  • In such circumstances, as soon as reasonably practicable (but in no event longer than fourteen (14) days following receipt of Google?s notice), Opera shall cause the relevant Third Party Distributor(s) to cease distribution of such Google Opera Browser and Google will have no obligation under clause 6.1 of Schedule One of this Agreement with respect to any Search Queries submitted to Google from any such Google Opera Browser.

Third Party Distributors will mean any person or entity with whom CV or a CV Affiliate contracts to be responsible, in place of CV or such Affiliate, for the registration, marketing, selling and distribution of the Product.
