Third-party designee means the consenting adult individual or agency designated by a Ratepayer, which shall receive notification, by letter, of any reminder notice, past due notice, delinquent account notice or termination notice which has been sent to the Ratepayer. If such designated third-party contacts Capital Region Water, Capital Region Water will advise the third party of the pending action and the efforts which the Ratepayer must take to avoid termination of service.
