Third Party Credit Support definition

Third Party Credit Support means any security, guarantee or other form of credit support provided to the Beneficiary from a party that is not an Obligor in relation to the Secured Liabilities, which credit support has been identified under the heading “Third Party Credit Support” in the Guarantee Agreement.
Third Party Credit Support means all credit support that is required by a third party (which shall not include any Group Company) to be provided in the form of a surety bond, guarantee, letter of credit, or otherwise, (a) in favor of a counterparty to a Contractual Obligation entered into, or to be entered into, by any Group Company with respect to a Project, (b) pursuant to any Permit obtained by or on behalf of any Group Company with respect to a Project, or (c) to support any other obligation of any Group Company with respect to a Project, in each case prior to COD of a Project.
Third Party Credit Support means any letter of credit posted by or on behalf of SET to a third party in support of obligations (other than any SET Hedge) incurred by MX or MX Electric to such third parties.

Examples of Third Party Credit Support in a sentence

  • With respect to Xxxxxx, if applicable, any Third Party Credit Support Document delivered by Xxxxxx shall constitute a Credit Support Document.
