Third Party Corporate Information definition

Third Party Corporate Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, process, record, report or other item of information of a third party not insured under this Policy which is not available to the general public and is provided to the Insured subject to a mutually executed written confidentiality agreement or marked “confidential” in writing by such third party.
Third Party Corporate Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, process, record, report or other item of non-public information of a third party that is not an Insured, and which the Insured is legally required to maintain confidential.

Third Party Corporate Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, process, record, report, plan, specification or other instrument of service owned by the Insured that was created for a client of the Insured or other item of information of a third party not insured under this Policy which is not available to the general public and is provided to the Insured subject to a mutually executed written confidentiality agreement or marked “confidential” in writing by such third party.
Third Party Corporate Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, credit or debit card magnetic strip information, process, record, report or other item ofinformation of a third party not insured under this Policy which is not available to the general public and is provided to the Insured subject to a fully executed written confidentiality agreement or which the Insured Organization is legally required to maintain in confidence; however, Third Party Corporate Information shall not include Personally Identifiable Non-Public Information.
Third Party Corporate Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, credit or debit card magnetic strip information, process, record, report or other item of information of a third party not covered under this Endorsement which is not available to the general public and is provided to a Covered Party subject to a mutually executed written confidentialityagreement or which The Firm is legally required to maintain in confidence; however, Third Party Corporate Information shall not include Personally Identifiable Non-Public Information.
Third Party Corporate Information means third party corporate information in any format provided to You that is not available to the public, required by You to be kept confidential, and has been specifically identified as confidential and protected under a nondisclosure agreement or similar contract with You.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.
