Third Party Code definition

Third Party Code. (or “Code”) means the periodically updated, consolidated statement of CEPI’s values and of the policies, practices and principles described in Clause 11.2.
Third Party Code shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.5.
Third Party Code means any code, libraries or other components included in the Licensed Program as set forth here.

  • SpinCo agrees that (x) its failure to comply with (A) the standards and requirements set out in the Third Party Code or (B) any other requirements set forth in this Section 7.3 or (y) its obstructing or refusing RemainCo’s audit rights as set forth in the Third Party Code, in either case ((x) or (y)), shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Third Party Code

Third Party Code means the additional third party software included in the Appliance that is licensed directly to you by third parties. To use such additional Third Party Code you must accept any licensing terms separately provided for such Third Party Code. Imprivata warrants that the Appliance, as a whole with the Third Party Code, will comply with the warranties set forth below, and Imprivata’s indemnification obligations set forth below apply to the Appliance as a whole with the Third Party Code.
Third Party Code means the Alcon Third Party Code as referenced in the Service Agreement;
Third Party Code means Code which Compaq, Ramp or another, respectively owns the copyrights and other intellectual property rights or otherwise has sufficient authorization to grant or assert rights in such Code.
Third Party Code has the meaning set forth in Subsection
Third Party Code means any open source third party code contained in the Original Software.
Third Party Code means software and/or code created by third parties, including without limitation "open source".
Third Party Code has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.17(b)(ii).
