Third Party Advertiser definition

Third Party Advertiser means the registered Third Party Advertiser whose election campaign finances are the subject of an Application for a Compliance Audit; and
Third Party Advertiser means any individual, corporation or trade union registered in accordance with Section 88.6 of the Municipal Elections Act, Section 37.5 of the Election Finance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.7, or Section 353 of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c. 9.

  • If the Contributor’s total contributions to a Candidate or Third Party Advertiser appear to exceed the limit, the Report shall set out the contributions made by that Contributor to the Candidate or Third Party Advertiser.

  • In the case of an Application, the Candidate or Third Party Advertiser shall be requested to respond to the Application in writing.
