Third Adjustment Date definition

Third Adjustment Date means a date after the Second Adjustment Date that is the thirtieth (30th) Trading Day immediately following the earlier of (i) the date that such Buyer can sell all of the Registrable Securities and the Adjustment Shares without restriction or limitation pursuant to Rule 144 and without the requirement to be in compliance with Rule 144(c)(1) and (ii) the date that is one (1) year immediately following the Closing Date.
Third Adjustment Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.04(b);
Third Adjustment Date means the date on which the Company achieves Product Sales Revenues equal to or exceeding $25 million for the trailing 12 month period.

  • Initial Adjustment Date As to any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date following the origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.C.
