Theravance definition

Theravance means Theravance, Inc., a Delaware corporation, however in so far as Theravance, Inc. has delegated rights and responsibilities to its Affiliates, the term “Theravance” shall include such Affiliate in the context of such rights and responsibilities. For example, in the provisions of this Agreement that address a Marketing Authorization, the term “Theravance” includes Theravance UK Limited.

Theravance means Theravance, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
