Therapeutics Field means the treatment of disease in humans.

  • Any license that has been granted to Bracco to the exclusive use of a Collaboration Lead, Bracco Lead or Dyax Lead in the Bracco Therapeutics Field pursuant to Section 4.2 shall also remain exclusive, subject to the requirements of Section 5.4 and any license that has been granted to Bracco to the exclusive use of a Collaboration Lead or a Bracco Lead in the Other Therapeutics Field pursuant to Section 4.3 shall remain exclusive, subject to the requirements of Section 5.4.

  • With respect to the Bracco Therapeutics Field, Dyax may only withhold approval if Dyax has a program in the Other Therapeutics Field, or if any third party rights arising from an Existing Agreement limit the use of the Target in the Bracco Therapeutic Field.

  • For so long as the licenses to the Collaboration Lead or Bracco Lead granted to Bracco in Section 4.1 in the Diagnostic Imaging Field remain exclusive, Bracco shall have an option to obtain a license from Dyax to the exclusive use of such Collaboration Lead or Bracco Lead in the Other Therapeutics Field, unless Dyax is precluded from granting the license by an agreement existing or in negotiation with a third party at the time that Bracco seeks to exercise the option.

Related to Therapeutics Field

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
