Therapeutic Licensed Product definition

Therapeutic Licensed Product means a Licensed Product that is used to prevent, treat or cure one or more diseases and/or conditions of humans.
Therapeutic Licensed Product means any therapeutic product except therapeutic or prophylactic vaccines (which are specifically excluded from the definition of THERAPEUTIC LICENSED PRODUCT), used for a therapeutic purpose that, in whole or in part:
