Theatrical Exhibition definition

Theatrical Exhibition means, with respect to any feature length motion picture, the commercial Broadcast of such motion picture by means of exhibition in theaters open to the general public on a regularly scheduled basis where a fee is charged for admission to view such motion picture.
Theatrical Exhibition means the exhibition of a motion picture or programming (regardless of the means of delivery or mode of exhibition) in conventional or drive-in theatres open to the general public for which a fee is charged for admission. “Theatrical” has a correlative meaning.
