Theaters definition

Theaters means a theater constructed or substantially remodeled subsequent to 1995 for the showing of first run motion pictures which theater contains multiple screens, digital sound and enhanced seat design.
Theaters means any place where a theater business is conducted, containing a permanent stage or in which motion pictures are exhibited and other exhibitions are presented where an admission charge is made.

Theaters means the movie theaters operated by the Sellers at the locations set forth in the Leases.

Theaters means a collective reference to the 26 locations consisting of 196 screens for the exhibition of motion pictures as specially set forth on Exhibit B; provided that, on the
