the works plans means the plans certified as the works plans by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order.
the works plans means the plans certified as the works plans by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order divided into three parts and described as the offshore works plans, the intertidal works plans and the onshore works plans.
the works plans means the plans certified as the works plans by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order and listed in Part 1 (works plans) of Schedule 2 (plans).
More Definitions of the works plans
the works plans means the plan documents certified collectively as the works plans by the decision-maker Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order under article 23.
the works plans means the plans certified by the Secretary of State under article 41 (certification of documents etc.) as the works plans for the purposes of this Order; and
the works plans means the plans of that name identified in the table in Schedule 14 and which are certified by the Secretary of State as the works plans for the purposes of this Order.
