the Warranties definition

the Warranties means the Warranties, representations and undertakings contained in Clause 6 hereof and in Part 3 of the Schedule hereto;

Examples of the Warranties in a sentence

• Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including warranties, as set forth in the Warranties clause herein.

• Additional, repaired or replacement Modules shall be delivered to the same destination and on the same INCOTERMS 2010 delivery basis that the original Module causing breach of the Warranties was delivered under the purchase agreement to which this Limited Warranty applies.
