the total price definition
the total price means the price of the Goods, which shall include shipping, storage fees (subject to 3.3 below), delivery to the Buyer’s address as stated in the Contract of Sale, Dry Fitting and any other disbursement required by the Seller in writing under the Contract of Sale and which shall include VAT and customs and excise duties where applicable.
