The Terms of Reference definition

The Terms of Reference means the Terms of Reference for the exercise of the functions of the HAOS adopted by Scottish Homes on 7th March 1994 and as amended from time to time.

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;
