The Swap Trust definition

The Swap Trust shall terminate on the earlier of (i) the Swap Contract Termination Date, (ii) the reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Interest-Bearing Certificates to zero and (iii) the termination of this Agreement.
