the Sample means the sample(s) of any goods, product, material or component supplied by or on behalf of the Customer being the subject of the Service and all ancillary items

  • In demonstrating responsiveness, the Tenderer is encouraged to use the Technical Responsiveness Checklist (or Checklist Format) in the Sample Tendering Forms (Section IV).

  • Upon request by WADA, the laboratory or Anti-Doping Organization in possession of the Sample or data shall immediately grant access to and enable WADA to take physical possession of the Sample or data.

  • However, if an Offeror has any objections to any of the terms or conditions set forth in the Sample Contract or any changes or additions thereto that the Offeror wants to discuss during negotiations, the Offeror should set forth such objections, changes, or additions in such Offeror’s proposal submitted in response to this RFP.

Related to the Sample

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • LDPE means low density polyethylene, labeled by the SPI code #4.

  • The Equipment/Product means all the Air conditioners along with the accessories which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.

  • API Gravity means gravity determined in accordance with ASTM Designation D-287-92 or latest revision thereof.

  • Scrap means property that has no value except for its basic material content. For purposes of demilitarization, scrap is defined as recyclable waste and discarded materials derived from items that have been rendered useless beyond repair, rehabilitation, or restoration such that the item’s original identity, utility, form, fit, and function have been destroyed. Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not “scrap.”

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.

  • The Equipment/Product means all the hardware, it’s all components, associated software/firmware/operating software which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in oral fluid, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with oral fluid.
