the Sample means the sample(s) of any goods, product, material or component supplied by or on behalf of the Customer being the subject of the Service and all ancillary items

the Sample means the sample or samples drawn from the patients which may be, blood, urine, body fluids etc whichever is prescribed by the doctors, specialists and consultants of Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Anaesthesia or any doctor, specialist and consultant approved by RAIC PESSI which the Service provider is required to test and provide the report to the Procuring Agency under the Frame Work Contract.

the Sample means the sample of material submitted by the Applicant to CMA Testing for the purpose of carrying out the Service, or the sample of goods contained in the shipment for Inspection. ‘Testing’ and ‘Test’ mean the testing of a Sample conducted by CMA Testing for the Applicant and the test so carried out.

Examples of the Sample in a sentence

  • In demonstrating responsiveness, the Tenderer is encouraged to use the Technical Responsiveness Checklist (or Checklist Format) in the Sample Tendering Forms (Section IV).

  • If the RFP requests submission of the financial proposal, the Sample Form shall be completed and attached to the Financial Form-3.

  • The price of items that the Tenderer has left blank in the cost tables provided in the Sample Tender Forms (Section IV) shall be assumed to be included in the price of other items.

  • General references to the Offeror’s terms and conditions or attempts at complete substitutions of the Sample Contract are not acceptable to the Agency and will result in disqualification of the Offeror’s proposal.

  • Disclosure of any Self Insured Retention (SIR) associated with the insurance requirement in the Sample Agreement.

  • As provided in the International Standard for Laboratories, laboratories at their own initiative and expense may analyse Samples for Prohibited Substances or Prohibited Methods not included on the Sample analysis menu described in the Technical Document or specified by the Testing authority.

  • The Customer shall accept full responsibility for appropriate safety labeling pertaining to the Sample and any equipment provided to the Company by the Customer.

  • Upon request by WADA, the laboratory or Anti-Doping Organization in possession of the Sample or data shall immediately grant access to and enable WADA to take physical possession of the Sample or data.

  • However, if an Offeror has any objections to any of the terms or conditions set forth in the Sample Contract or any changes or additions thereto that the Offeror wants to discuss during negotiations, the Offeror should set forth such objections, changes, or additions in such Offeror’s proposal submitted in response to this RFP.

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • LDPE means low density polyethylene, labeled by the SPI code #4.

  • The Equipment/Product means all the Air conditioners along with the accessories which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

For purposes of demilitarization, scrap is defined as recyclable waste and discarded materials derived from items that have been rendered useless beyond repair, rehabilitation, or restoration such that the item’s original identity, utility, form, fit, and function have been destroyed. Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not “scrap.”
