The Property Insured definition

The Property Insured means: All real and personal property of every kind and description (except as hereinafter excluded) belonging to You or for which You are responsible, or have assumed responsibility to insure prior to the occurrence of any Damage, including all such property in which You may acquire an insurable interest during the Period of Insurance. It is understood and agreed that the term ‘personal property’ shall include Money (which shall mean current coin, bank notes, currency notes, cheques, credit card sales and/or discount house vouchers, postal orders, money orders, unused postage and revenue stamps and including the value of stamps contained in franking machines) whilst contained in the Situation and whilst in transit to and from the Situation anywhere in Australia, including whilst contained in the night safe of any bank or financial institution where You transact business, and in Your personal custody and/or the custody of persons authorised by You whilst contained in their private residences.

  • The Property Insured by this Section is similarly but separately subject to Average as defined in the General Definitions.

  • C1 Temporary Removal The Property Insured by Section A is also covered while temporarily removed for cleaning, renovation, repair or similar purposes elsewhere and in transit thereto and therefrom all in Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands .

  • The Property Insured may be replaced on another site and in a manner suitable to Yourneeds, but this must not increase Our liability.3. All work must begin and be completed within 12 months of the Damage or a longer period if agreed by Us .

  • The amount payable for loss of or damage to The Property Insured will be no more than the cost to repair or replace the articles in the same condition but not better or more extensive than the article when new.

  • The Property Insured is extended to cover clothing and/or personal effects (except jewellery, watches, furs, precious metals, precious stones) of the Insured and any proprietor, partner, director or employee of the Insured as a result of any theft or attempted theft involving violence or threat of violence to the Insured or any proprietor, partner, director or employee of the Insured happening in the course of their duties in the business of the Insured.

  • Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
