The Interim Servicer definition

The Interim Servicer shall have an internal quality control program that verifies in a manner consistent with accepted industry procedures, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and underwriting decisions. The program shall include evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of the Seller's loan production and the servicing activities of the Interim Servicer. The program is to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices and the Underwriting Guidelines; guard against dishonest, fraudulent, or negligent acts; and guard against errors and omissions by officers, employees, or other authorized persons.
The Interim Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 60 days delinquent, the Interim Servicer immediately shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Interim Servicer shall keep a written report of each such inspection.
