The Hourly Rate definition

The Hourly Rate means the sum set out on page 4 of this Agreement where there is a minimum out of hours and weekend hire period of two hours
The Hourly Rate means the basic fee payable to The Service Contractor further to each hour that The Temporary Worker works during The Normal Working Week. In all cases, this rate shall be uplifted by 13% in respect of social security contributions and administration thereof, and by a further 8% in respect of holiday pay, compliance with the Working Time Directive, and administration thereof.
The Hourly Rate means: £30 per hour for ¼ pitch hire £50 per hour for ½ pitch hire £75/£85/£100 per hour for full pitch hire depending on the booking time (peak/off peak) £25 per hour for classroom hire £15 per hour for physiotherapy room hire

Examples of The Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • The Hourly Rate, Actual Pay of Rate or Actual QP Rate of Pay, as applicable, will be paid weekly in arrears, subject to any Deductions and or Agreed Deductions, together with any agreed Emoluments.

  • The Hourly Rate will not, under any circumstance, be lower than zero.

  • The Hourly Rate for labour, as described in Annex A - Statement of Work, at the AAFC work site shall include all time and travel-related costs to and from the AAFC work site.

Related to The Hourly Rate

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • hourly rate of pay means a full-time employee’s weekly rate of pay divided by thirty-seven decimal five (37.5); (taux de rémunération horaire)

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Weekly Rate means the Interest Rate Mode for the Bonds in which the interest rate on such Bonds is determined weekly in accordance with Section 2.02(c)(iii).

  • Standard Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the Bank's announced Prime Rate minus 0% per annum, and each change in the Standard Rate shall be effective on the date any change in the Prime Rate is publicly announced as being effective.

  • Clock hour(s means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school-age care competencies.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Dollars or “$” refers to lawful money of the United States of America.

  • weekly rate of pay means an employee’s annual rate of pay divided by 52.176.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • daily rate of pay means an employee’s weekly rate of pay divided by five (5);

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Per Annum means for a year deemed to be comprised of 360 days.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Support Cost Rate means the flat rate at which the Partner will be reimbursed by UN Women for its Support Costs, as set forth in the Partner Project Document and not exceeding a rate of 8% or the rate set forth in the Donor Specific Conditions, if that is lower. The flat rate is calculated on the eligible Direct Costs.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.
