The GMP definition

The GMP means the Guaranteed Maximum Price of this Contract, as stated in dollars in the GMP Amendment, as determined in accordance with Article 6, and as the price may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Contract.

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.

  • The Supplier means the individual contractor, manufacturer distributor, or firm supplying/manufacturing the Goods and Services under this Contract and named in the SCC.

  • The End-User means the authorized user of the equipment/the Medical Superintendent/Head of the Department of the concerned specialty.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
