The General Contractor definition

The General Contractor s duties as set forth herein shall at no time be in any way diminished by reason of any approval by the Owner nor shall the General Contractor be released from any liability by reason of such approval by die Owner, it being understood that the Owner at all times is ultimately relying upon the General Contractor's skill and knowledge in performing the services required hereunder.
