the Fee Letter means the letter (in the form attached at Appendix F) and the summary of terms from the Agent and the Banks as agreed and accepted by the Borrower and the Guarantor setting out certain fees, commissions and other sums payable by the Borrower in connection with the Facility.

Related to the Fee Letter

  • Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.

  • Master Letter of Credit Agreement means, at any time, with respect to the issuance of Letters of Credit, a master letter of credit agreement or reimbursement agreement in the form, if any, being used by the Issuing Lender at such time.

  • Fee Agreement means this Fee in Lieu of Tax Agreement.

  • Premium Letter means the letter agreement dated the Closing Date among LBAC, the Issuer and the Note Insurer referring to payment of the Premium.
