the External Areas definition

the External Areas means the Roadways and the forecourts landscaped areas and other external areas on the Estate from time to time and the boundary walls and fences of the Estate

Examples of the External Areas in a sentence

  • Doing other works or providing other services which the Landlord (acting reasonably) considers appropriate for maintaining or improving services in the Building and the External Areas for the benefit of tenants in the Building generally, having regard to the principles of good estate management.

  • Insofar as reasonably necessary for the use and enjoyment of the Premises for the Permitted Use the rights granted by the Transfer for the benefit of the Building and the External Areas in common with the Landlord and all others authorised by the Landlord or otherwise entitled, including the right at all times to pass with or without vehicles over the Estate Roads.
