The Executive Council definition

The Executive Council means the Executive Council of the Institute, constituted under these Rules and Regulations, to manage the day to day affairs of the Institute;
The Executive Council means an executive of twelve elected councilors who will manage the affairs of the Association on behalf of the Governing Council. The Governing Council shall at all times have the power to amend or rescind any decision of the Executive Council in respect of any matter or thing provided for in this Constitution or otherwise.
