The Examiner definition

The Examiner means any Officer of the Central Bank authorised under the provisions of Section 96 of the Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act to examine, investigate or, for any other purpose, have the right of access to the books and records of the Company; and
The Examiner means that one of the Examiners who deals with any particular petition, bill or other matter;
