Examples of the Duration in a sentence

  • Production Rates – For any activities where the work to be performed is similar in nature to work already performed on the same Project and that the Production Rate for the work to be performed is different than the actual Production Rate for work already performed, the Department’s Project Manager may require the Design- Builder to adjust the Duration for the work to be performed to reflect the more appropriate Production Rate.

Related to the Duration

  • Duration means the warranty period. This period may be a stated period of time, amount of usage, or the occurrence of a specified event, after formal acceptance of delivery, for the Government to assert a contractual right for the correction of defects.

  • Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(c)(ii).

  • Range During Sampling or "(RDS)" as a sample type means the maximum and minimum of all values recorded as a result of analyzing each grab sample of; 1) a Composite Sample, or, 2) a Grab Sample Average. For those Permittee with pH meters that provide continuous monitoring and recording, Range During Sampling means the maximum and minimum readings recorded with the continuous monitoring device during the Composite or Grab Sample Average sample collection.

  • Value vested during the year means the aggregate dollar value that would have been realized if the options under the option-based award had been exercised on the vesting date. This amount is calculated by determining the difference between the market price of the underlying securities at exercise and the exercise or base price of the options under the option-based award on the vesting date.

  • Range During Month or "(RDM)" as a sample type means the lowest and the highest values of all of the monitoring data for the reporting month.

  • Streamline Period is, on and after the Effective Date, provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the period (a) commencing on the first day of the month following the day that Borrower provides to Bank a written report that Borrower has, at all times during the immediately preceding month, maintained an Adjusted Quick Ratio, as determined by Bank in its sole discretion, of at least the Required Streamline Ratio; and (b) terminating on the earlier to occur of (i) the occurrence of an Event of Default, and (ii) the first day thereafter in which Borrower fails to maintain the Required Streamline Ratio, as determined by Bank in its sole discretion.   • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • Open dump means a site on which any solid waste is placed, discharged, deposited, injected,

  • Backpressure means a pressure (caused by a pump, elevated tank or piping, boiler, or other means) on the consumer's side of the service connection that is greater than the pressure provided by the public water system and which may cause backflow.

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.
