the Drawing means drawing number [ ] attached to this Agreement at the Second Schedule. “Final Certificate” means the certification issued by the Proper Officer upon the expiry of the Maintenance Period. “the Highway Works” means the works described in the First Schedule to this Agreement and shown indicatively on the Drawing (or such other plan as may be approved from time to time in writing by the Proper Officer). “the Highway Works Completion Certificate” means the certificate of practical completion of the Highway Works to be issued by the Proper Officer when the Highway Works have been completed to his satisfaction. “the Land” ‘’the Lighting Works’’ means the land known as [ ] which is shown edged in red on the plan attached at the [ ] Schedule. Examples of the Drawing in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the requirements for any Authority inspection and test contained in Specifications applicable to this Contract, except where specialized inspections or tests are specified for performance solely by the Authority, the Contractor shall perform or have performed the inspections and tests required to substantiate that the supplies and services provided under the contract conform to the Drawing, Specifications and Contract requirements.

  • The minimum standards as shown in Table 2.1 shall apply Table 2.1 Alignment Standards Standard Flat and Rolling Terrain The cross section details of the road shall be as shown on the Drawing or as directed by the Engineer.

  • Any discrepancy in the Drawing or between the Schedule of Quantities and/or Drawing and/or specifications.

  • It is, hereby, clarified that the claim in respect of such donations as indicated above will be admissible under section 80G on the basis of the certificate issued by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO)/Employer in this behalf - Circular No. 2/2005, dated 12-1-2005.

  • If the project is not substantially completed prior to the winter season due to the failure of the Contractor to meet the completion date, these necessary control structures will be installed and maintained by the Contractor at his expense and these items will not be paid for under the terms of the Scope of Work, except those that are permanent facilities to be left in place in accordance with the Drawing Plans Set and Specifications.

  • Phase II: 1) Mobilize all necessary equipment to the site and develop the site access as shown on the Drawing Plan Set.

  • The Division shall require the removal of off-site sediment by the Contractor if such sediment resulted from the Contractor’s negligence to place and maintain sediment control structures in accordance with the Drawing Plan Set and Specifications.

Related to the Drawing

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • The DRAWINGS / MAPS means the drawing/map or drawings/maps mentioned in NIT and any modifications of them approved by the Employer or any further Working drawings/maps or sketches by the Employer or any further working drawings/maps or sketches which may be furnished or approved in writing by the Employer.

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • Downgrade Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by the Issuing Bank or any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Unpaid Drawing shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.4(a).

  • Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).

  • Letter of Credit Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the aggregate amount of the L/C Issuers’ Letter of Credit Sublimits at such time and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility at such time. The Letter of Credit Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Letter of Credit Subfacility is $25,000,000.

  • Letter of Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Issuing Bank at any time, the amount set forth opposite such Issuing Bank’s name on Schedule I hereto under the caption “Letter of Credit Commitment” or, if such Issuing Bank has entered into one or more Assignment and Acceptances, set forth for such Issuing Bank in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 9.07(d) as such Issuing Bank’s “Letter of Credit Commitment”, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means the sum of (x) aggregate amount of the undrawn stated amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit plus (y) the amount drawn under Letters of Credit for which the Letter of Credit Issuer and the Lenders, or any one or more of them, have not yet received payment or reimbursement (in the form of a conversion of such liability to Loans, or otherwise) as required pursuant to Section 2.8.

  • Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).

  • Letter of Credit Default means with respect to a Letter of Credit, the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.

  • Letter of Credit Limit means $5,000,000.

  • Facility Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit issued by an Issuer pursuant to Section 2.15.

  • Letter of Credit Bank means any Person who has provided a Servicer Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 4.02(b).

  • Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
