the Docks means the basins and docks (including the approaches thereto), locks, bridges, wharves, quays, berths, roads, railways and other property and works of every description and nature, and the buildings, structures and erections thereon, at the Ports of Sheerness and Chatham (respectively or collectively as the context dictates) for the time being owned, occupied or managed by the Company.
