The Designated LIBOR Page definition

The Designated LIBOR Page means the Reuters screen “LIBOR01” page, or any successor page on Reuters selected by us with the consent of the calculation agent, or if we determine that no such successor page shall exist on Reuters, an equivalent page on any successor service selected by us with the consent of the calculation agent.

The calculation agent (which initially shall be U.S. Bank National Association, as successor to Wachovia Bank, National Association, and which may be changed by the Company from time to time subject to the third preceding paragraph) shall calculate the interest rate on this Debt Security on or before each calculation date and, upon request, provide holders of the Debt Securities the interest rate then in effect and, if determined, the interest rate which shall become effective as a result of a determination made for the next succeeding interest reset date with respect to this Debt Security. The calculation agent’s determination of any interest rate shall be final and binding absent error in the calculation thereof. The “calculation date” pertaining to any interest determination date shall be the earlier of (a) the tenth calendar day after such interest determination date, or if any such day is not a business day, the next succeeding business day, or (b) the business day immediately preceding the applicable interest payment date or the maturity date, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the other provisions herein, the interest rate hereon shall in no event be higher than the maximum rate permitted by New York law, as the same may be modified by United States law of general application. Except as otherwise provided herein, all percentages resulting from any calculation shall be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with five one-millionths of a percentage point rounded upwards (e.g., 9.876545% (or .09876545) would be rounded to 9.87655% (or .0987655)), and all amounts used in or resulting from such calculation shall be rounded to the nearest cent (with one-half cent being rounded upward). The Designated LIBOR Page means (1) Bloomberg L.P. screen “LIBOR01” page or any successor page on Bloomberg L.P. selected by the Company with the consent of the calculation agent or (2) if, on any interest determination date, the three-month LIBOR does not appear or is not available on such date on the designated Bloomberg L.P. page described in clause (1) above, the Designated LIBOR Page means the Reuters screen “LIBOR01” page, or any successor page on Rueters selected by the Company with the consent of the calculation agent.

  • Moneyline Telerate Page 3750 The display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Information Services, Inc. (or any page replacing that page on that service for the purpose of displaying London inter-bank offered rates of major banks).

  • Telerate Page 3750 means the display designated as "Page 3750" on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on that service or such other service or services as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits;

  • Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

  • Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Page USDSOFR= means the Reuters page designated “USDSOFR=” or any successor page or service;

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • LIBOR Telerate is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Designated Eurodollar Market means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Loan, the London Eurodollar Market.

If such rate does not appear on such page (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or if such service is no longer offered, LIBOR shall be so established by use of such other service for displaying LIBOR or comparable rates as may be selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer), the rate will be the Reference Bank Rate. The "Reference Bank Rate" will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in U.S. Dollars are offered by the reference banks (which shall be any three major banks that are engaged in transactions in the London interbank market, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer) as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. The Trustee shall request the principal London office of each of the reference banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations rounded up to the next multiple of 1/16%. If on such date fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by one or more major banks in New York City, selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Master Servicer, as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such date for loans in U.S. Dollars to leading European banks for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the LIBOR Certificates then outstanding. If no such quotations can be obtained, the rate will be LIBOR for the prior Distribution Date; provided however, if, under the priorities described above, LIBOR for a Distribution Date would be based on LIBOR for the previous Distribution Date for the third consecutive Distribution Date, the Trustee, after consultation with the Master Servicer, shall select an alternative comparable index (over which the Trustee has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party. The establishment of LIBOR by the Trustee on any LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date and the Trustee's subsequent calculation of the Pass-Through Rates applicable to the LIBOR Certificates for the relevant Interest Accrual Period, in the absence of manifest error, will be final and binding. Promptly following each LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date the Trustee shall supply the Master Servicer with the results of its determination of LIBOR on such date. Furthermore, the Trustee shall supply to any Certificateholder so requesting by calling 1-800-934-6802, the Pass-Through Rate on the LIBOR Certificates for the current and the immediately preceding Interest Accrual Period.

  • Reuters Screen LIBO Page The display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace such LIBO page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks.

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Designated LIBOR Currency means the currency or composite currency specified on the face hereof as to which LIBOR shall be calculated. If no such currency or composite currency is specified on the face hereof, the Designated LIBOR Currency shall be United States dollars.

  • Reuters Screen CDOR Page means the display designated as page CDOR on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or such other page as may, from time to time, replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying bid quotations for bankers’ acceptances accepted by leading Canadian banks.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.
