the Demised Premises definition

the Demised Premises means the property described in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto together with all fixtures and fittings and plant machinery and equipment therein and all additions and improvements thereto and all structures buildings or other things from time to time thereon
the Demised Premises means the premises (and each and every part of them) described in part I of the First Schedule;
